We stayed at a family-run hotel with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The room was faultless, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a pool and sauna which were top-notch. The half board option was definitely worth it, as the food was on par with a five-star restaurant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times.

The hotel had a lovely pool and sauna, perfect for a romantic escape. The room had a modern and comfortable design with a great view of the surrounding mountains. The hotel’s key location allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions and take long romantic walks.
The staff were unwelcoming, rude and didn't treat us the way we expected. , the food was mediocre and not up to our standards, making us feel disappointed in having opted for the half-board option.

The hotel staff was quite friendly, always quick to respond to our requests. They also made great recommendations on where to visit and how to navigate the city with ease. The hotel location was also amazing, which made it quite easy to access various points of interest within the city. The free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver while on our city break.
Our room was in a really bad state. Our bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows are flat.
